How it works

Our rooms can be used with a day, monthly or annual pass from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except during closed periods, which we communicate on our homepage under “Current News”.

We don't have any staff on-site, so tickets must be ordered online in advance. This is possible on the day or shortly before your visit.

We send our day visitors a one-time access code, and those who wish to purchase a monthly or annual pass will receive a membership.

With the membership, the designated child and one adult have free entry to all three playrooms. Additional people (adults and children) can be added for €20 each. The membership access code may not be shared, and birthdays and children's parties are only permitted with a separate booking (room rental or children's party).

There is a quota for monthly and annual passes. Once this quota is exhausted, there is a waiting list.

We have ample space for kindergartens, children's groups, and elementary schools in the 2nd and 23rd districts. You can bring your own snack and enjoy it with us. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available free of charge and are included in the €5 admission price per child. Supervisors are admitted free of charge. Please register by email! Payment is possible in cash, by debit card, or by bank transfer after you receive the invoice.
