How it works

Our premises can be used with a day, month or year pass from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm, except during restricted hours, which we communicate on our homepage under “Current News”.

We don't have any sales staff on site, so tickets must be ordered online in advance. This is possible even on the day of your visit and shortly before.

We send our day visitors a unique access code; those who wish to purchase a monthly or annual pass receive a membership.

With the monthly pass, the named child and one adult have free entry to all three playrooms. Additional people (adults and children) can be added for €20 each. The annual pass includes entry for two adults and two children. The membership access code must not be shared, and birthdays and children's parties require a separate booking.

There is a limited number of monthly and annual passes available. Once this quota is exhausted, a waiting list is created.

We have ample space for kindergartens, playgroups, and elementary schools in the 2nd, 10th, and 23rd districts. You can bring your own snacks and enjoy them with us. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available free of charge and are included in the €5 entrance fee per child. Supervising adults enter free of charge. Please register by email! Payment is possible in cash, by debit card, or by bank transfer after you receive an invoice.
