Can we celebrate a birthday using day tickets?
No. Birthday parties always require a separate, exclusive party venue booking, including small or last-minute celebrations. Day tickets and memberships are for regular play visits. Choose a party venue and available date →
What ages are the playrooms suitable for?
Our playrooms are designed for children aged 0–8 and their accompanying adults.
How much is a day visit?
Day tickets cost €10 per person in 1020, 1220 and 1230 Vienna and €8 per person in 1150 Vienna. Babies under one do not need a ticket.
Do I need to buy day tickets in advance?
Yes. Please buy your tickets online before visiting. In the ticket form you choose your location and see current availability. Tickets are available for today or tomorrow.
When are the playrooms open?
During exclusive parties, the relevant location is closed to day visitors and members. Please check availability before each visit.
Do we have the whole venue for a party?
Yes. A party booking gives you exclusive use of the entire venue. Other day visitors do not use the play area during this time.
How much does a birthday party cost?
Prices depend on the location and duration. Three hours start at €200 in 1150 Vienna, €350 in 1220 and 1230 Vienna and €440 in 1020 Vienna. All options are listed on the birthday party page with booking form.
Can we bring cake and food?
Yes. You may bring your own cake, food and drinks to your party. A kitchen and crockery are provided. Optional extras can also be booked.
How early can we prepare for a party?
You can normally use the venue to prepare 30 minutes before the start. The details in your booking apply.
Is membership valid at all four locations?
Yes. Monthly and annual passes are valid in 1020, 1150, 1220 and 1230 Vienna. Closures for exclusive parties also apply to members. More about Memberships.

How much is a kindergarten or school trip?
For groups of at least 10 children: €5 per child. Teachers and educators visit free of charge.
You may bring your own food, drinks and snacks. Coffee, cocoa, tea and soft drinks are included for everyone.
Pay in cash, by debit card or by bank transfer with an invoice issued to your association.

Which drinks are included in a day visit?
Regular day visits include coffee, cocoa, tea and soft drinks for children and accompanying adults. Drinks and coffee packages for exclusive birthday parties are optional extras booked separately.
