Dear parents, dear legal guardians,

Your child’s safety and health are our top priority! Please ensure that you and your child adhere to the following rules and follow the instructions of our staff. This is the only way we can guarantee a safe and pleasant gaming experience for everyone.

Access and use of the facility

The playroom is designed for children up to 8 years old.

All play equipment can be used by people with a body weight of up to 80 kg.

Children over 8 years old, young people and adults are also allowed to use the play area, but must always behave in such a way that younger children are neither endangered nor disturbed.

Persons who behave recklessly or negligently can be excluded from further use after a warning from the staff.

Opening hours

The playroom is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. WORLD4KIDS reserves the right to change opening hours.

Access is not possible when rooms are closed for birthday parties or other events. You can find current information about room closures on our website.

Liability of the operator

You use the play equipment at your own risk. Their safety has been checked by TÜV or another comparable institution and is guaranteed by the manufacturers within the framework of the usage regulations, such as the jumping regulations. The equipment therefore meets the highest safety requirements and is regularly checked and maintained.

Parents and accompanying persons are responsible for supervising the children. The operator assumes no duty of supervision.

WORLD4KIDS is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator.

Behavior in the play space

Children are only allowed to enter the playroom when accompanied by an adult.

Parents/carers must ensure that children handle the facility carefully and do not cause any damage.

Consideration for others is imperative. Older children and adults in particular must ensure that smaller children can play undisturbed.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Bringing animals (except guide or therapy dogs).
• The consumption of food and drinks outside the consumption area.
• Remaining in a drunken or offensive state.
• Smoking throughout the playroom.

Claims for damages

Anyone who intentionally or negligently damages the play area or its furnishings is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage.

Parents are liable for damage caused by their children.

Sanctions for violations

Unauthorized access: People who enter the indoor playground without a valid day ticket will pay a contractual penalty of 50 euros per person.

Damage reports

Users and their accompanying persons are obliged to immediately report any damage or defects found in the gaming facilities to the staff.

Declaration of consent

By entering the game room, you agree to the photographing of yourself and your accompanying minors, especially your children, for internal purposes of WORLD4KIDS. If you do not wish this, please let us know in writing before your visit.
